Does anyone else use the instagram workouts for cardio? I’ve been mashing up 2 or 3 and doing 30 minutes of cardio with them on Saturday mornings. Just wondering if I’m the only one that leans on these. I’ve found them to be ultra challenging and a fun change of pace!

Even an hour after I’ve finished I’m still recovering! My arms refuse to move and my eyes need to close and woosa for a few minutes! Wow! That was so good!!
