I feel seen times 2, my triceps feel so weak and the back / core. Since I was in elementary I’ve had a 10 degree kyphosis curve. So me remembering you had a really old IG post, scrolled like crazy and saved it. Definitely going to be adding those exercises to my rotation!!!

Finally feeling somewhat decent after my forced couple weeks of rest, stupid flu. Feels good to get back on and complete a workout. 🥵

Hoping I have some energy back tomorrow. 🤞🤞It’s killing me to be behind, but I know my body needs the rest. It’s been a tough week between one kid with a stomach virus, strep throat, and me with a unknow virus.

My 4 year old came up and rubbed my back telling me to take a break at the 3rd set of saltmakers. No ma’am! Jenny said 4 rounds.

Yes this call was helpful, made me realize I need to plan the steps to fulfill goals vs throwing them out and not having a plan to ensure success.

Woof! My arms were so fatigued I about poured my water all over my dang face trying to take a sip. That was a very salty one!

It really does! I felt flu like body aches the other day and I did the yoga flow. I was shocked how much it helped.
