I feel seen times 2, my triceps feel so weak and the back / core. Since I was in elementary I’ve had a 10 degree kyphosis curve. So me remembering you had a really old IG post, scrolled like crazy and saved it. Definitely going to be adding those exercises to my rotation!!!
