Week 6 was the worst for me. I just finished week 7 and while it was still hard and I hit failure a few times, I was still literally sore from week 6 leg day a week later.

I did week 6 leg workout yesterday and today I officially hate living in a 2 story house. 😩

I did the leg workout this morning. It’s not a good sign when after the first set of Bulgarians you can feel that you’ve already made micro tears in your glutes. I have a feeling I’m going to be sore for several days!

Wow. Just finished this. This back workout I feel in so many different places than I usually do. I can tell the soreness is gonna sneak up on me!

I feel like I’m so behind with the workouts now. My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend a few days in the northern Georgia mountains for our 15 year wedding anniversary. This was the view from our cabin. Definitely so much beauty to explore in our country.

Yes. They are both very fast runners. I definitely don’t have to go easy on them when we play tag! 😮‍💨

Chose to go team burn on this one to mix it up. I’ve noticed in the past couple of weeks I’ve gotten some gains in the legs and booty. Fun fact, my husband said earlier on in our relationship that if we ever had boys he hope they would inherit my legs so they would be fast runners. 😆We were blessed with 2 girls instead lol.
