My shoulders are humbled—that was tough!! Also, it is a great reminder not to stress when you can't make a session. We've been dealing with strep throat here (yes 8 days into school 😬), so I took a couple of easy movement days.

Used my new weights and setup for leg day today! 🤘Definitely put more weight on versus using dumbbells only. For sure going to be sore tomorrow!

I've found trying different heights for my back leg helps, maybe since I'm on the shorter side. That's improved my form and ability to do these.

The shakey arms after today’s chest day!! My 7 year hung with me for about 20 minutes and started building an obstacle course. He added plyo jumps to my workout today having me jump through his course. 💪

Erika Sanchez nice! I’ve seen those. Ours will go in a finished basement so space saving would be nice. You’ll have to keep me posted on how you like it after you use it.
