One tip I picked up that has really helped me is not necessarily meal prepping, but pre planning your day and logging it in advance if you are using a tracking app. It might just be a mental mind trick, but if I’ve planned it I stick to it.

The mobility session and a good hot bath is what is needed today! I was up at 4am with DOMs from the back workout yesterday. 😴

Peanut gallery at my house, stopped me mid workout saying I was going way too fast. I had to explain Jenny did the exercises twice!! Me just following instructions going as hard as I could. Absolutely loved this workout! ❤️❤️
