This was so good! I read your comment before I did this workout and decided to try to up my weight on the push press and I'm glad I did. Thanks!

I loved coming to this one a second time! I love this format and I upped my reps from the last time I did this one.

I finished Beach Shred!  It was amazing!  Thank you Jenny for pushing me physically and mentally in all the best ways.  I have seen my athleticism definitely improve.  I also can do a handstand-- and it's been many years since I've done that!  Now, I'm working on holding it longer.   I am seeing the benefits to working out with you in the way that I feel and in my body.  I am thankful for your encouragement and your push to get everything out of us and to do more than  I thought I could do.  Now, I want to work on my nutrition a bit more, so I am looking forward to this next challenge.

Yes! What a way to finish! Gotta say, I was holding my breath about that "1 more!"

Yes week 5 was hard! That Monday leg day was tough and then the ridiculous amount of jump squats I did in Friday's workout made it tough! I had stayed away from hiit for a couple years, but I am loving it in my workouts again.

Wow! That was deceptively hard! My arms were giving out on me on those side planks!

I would love advice/suggestions of things that have worked for y'all. I eat well at my meals, but my issue is the snacking...especially at night. I start with fruit and then it goes to chocolate chips (my typical planned treat) and then I will go ahead and have some Veggie Straws and Popcorners. Even though I can generally stay in a target calorie range, I would like to get out of that habit and not hinder progress or performance. What do you tell yourself in those moments? Is there an eating schedule that is helpful for you? I find it difficult to eat a ton during the day since I'm a teacher, but I may need to find a way. Thank you in advance!
