I ate extra treats at work today- I wasn't sure I was up for a workout- did it anyway and the carbs ended up being great fuel!

Whew, today's workout. I had to get my mind right for this one! I wasn't sure how I was feeling today, but I just started it and I ended up having a good hard workout. I added on Tuesdays EMOM cardio. I love that format.

It's been a busy week so I haven't checked in much, but I have finished this week's workouts! I think the HIIT set at the end of Wednesday's workout may have been one of the most challenging for me so far in this series. I am thankful for this push and this challenge. Jenny, you have a unique way of making something that seems so daunting, so doable. Thank you! Also, I am always on edge at the end of workouts for that possibility of another 30 seconds of something!

It's been a busy week and it's only Tuesday! But, I was able to get in Monday's workout and today's cardio last night. I am finding I kind of camp out in the middle right now with combinations of moves with low impact modifications and the regular exercise. My sit-outs even resembled sit-outs. I am looking forward to seeing how I progress in many of these HIIT moves.

Wow! I just did this one this morning and I knew I was in for something special from the comments! Whew, those squat jumps! I appreciated hearing my name during them! Thank you for the modifications. I couldn't quite get the lunge jacks, but the modification I still got such a burn from.

Completed today's workout with DOMS from Sunday's legs workout! I somehow missed you saying it was 3 rounds of burpees, which was probably for the better.
