Always!! Usually Jenny doesn’t tell us Bulgarians are on the schedule 😜 I just look for bench in the equipment needed! BUT I mentally prepared myself like I’m sure you did.

I’m thinking after I published this that even a section in my personal space (my account) I have a log that shows my weights (chest press: xx; dead lifts: xx; etc)

I just got off a week vacation with no fitness.. I’m definitely going to be sore. I’ll have to try that one again when I’m back to normal!

I didn’t have a weighted vest buy wanted to add some weight so I put on some ankle weights. They added just enough! Happy Memorial Day everybody!
