I've taken a week off. I haven't been sleeping well and had a bad migraine last week. I've missed the workouts but I feel so dang exhausted all the time, even when I train 3-4 times a week. I have more energy for a while but man, I don't seem to ever catch up and I feel run down all the time. I am trying a new before-bed routine and I've started getting direct sunlight an hour after I wake up. Hopeful it will help! Keep up the good work, ladies!
