Dammmnnnn, Jenny just whooped my ass, and she didn't even let me pick my switch!! 😅😅 I just did last night's live! She said, heavy weights, boom...she said, ONE HUNDRED MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, boom...she said, get that weight above your head, boom!!!! 💥💥💥 I'm feelin it!! Can't wait for tomorrow morning! 🙌🙏✨

YES!! I'm SO FIT FIT!! I loved wearing the booty band the whole time! I started with medium and went up to heavy because...level up!! I feel like a million!  And thank you SO much Jenny for always reminding us that we are athletes, and calling us out as athletes the whole time! You have no idea how much I need to hear it and be reminded! :)  I am an athlete, claiming this piece of me BACK!

Yesterday I couldn't join the live for some reason, so I'm up and doing it today!! I love working out first thing in the morning!! It sets the tone for the day 🙌💥✨

I was here for the live, but every time I tried to join, there was nothing there. :( I'll try again tomorrow. But I just click the day, correct? I was wondering if I was doing something wrong

HI! I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself! I just moved to Mount Pleasant SC and I happened upon Jenny's IG while scrolling! LOL! I'm totally into the vibe and signed up for the membership immediately! I can't wait to get started, the workouts look so fun and perfect for a single mama to make time for easily! 

I do have a question Jenny Fisher , where is the best place to begin? I wouldn't call myself a beginner, I work out a few times a week I just really want to push myself. I need to build strength back after having my daughter. I used to do really hard stuff like Tough Mudders and 1/2 marathons and things like that, but the C-section slowed me down, lol! 

Also, if there is anyone else here in the area, I'd love to chat! It's just me and my daughter, so I'm looking for like minded friends! :)
