Focusing on sleep for recovery and added creatine. Have definitely noticed that I can lift heavier if I’ve had adequate sleep and recovery!

Loved the 4x4s and burnout at end. 2nd week I’ve done devils presses - thanks to this community for encouraging me to try them. Someone posted about them last week and encouraged me to try them🙂
