Hey Jenny! Question about collagen protein. Figured I’d post because maybe others wonder the same thing.

Does the protein in collagen count towards our daily nutrition protein goal for muscle building?

Headed to a hotel for a week. Got the essentials packed! Band, booty band, rope and shoes. I always workout barefoot so a week of Get Salty in shoes will be new 😜

Surprised myself with several full pushups in todays HIITπŸ‘πŸ»
Added push-ups to my inchworms bc my legs were dying. Who knew doing push-ups could feel like a rest 😝😝

Live session today was πŸ”₯
Learned to tap into my abs for the shoulder press thrusters. It’s like a whole new game now! Amazed to see my athletic maturity progress. And I’m digging the Saturday lives. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Thanks for all you do for us Jenny imma go crawl off my mat now and try to walk πŸ« πŸ˜…

Y’all I love seeing all the consistent message notifications during The Grind! It’s so motivating and fun to follow along everyone’s different journeys πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜€πŸ™ŒπŸ». I’ve been so consistent with purposeful movement every day and my mental health is loving it. Less anxiety. Motivated. Feel light and happy. Even tho my legs are still sore from Saturday πŸ˜…

Whew week 2 leg day! Gonna feel that one tomorrow πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻 And I was still sore from Week 1 Fridays session that I did on Sunday. Jenny closed the session thanking US. It I am thanking HER for her motivation which helps me stay consistent and show up! A great reminder that when I slack off my hormones and stress level also change and I become a bear. So thanks Jenny for motivating me to come back day after day! 😘
