Also PSA - found single packet protein powders at target for travel. Thought this was brilliant so TSA doesn’t bust me for having homemade single dosed ziplock bags of white powder in my carryon πŸ˜‚ But the packets spill easy so suddenly I had white powder all over my jeans and airplane seat. Oops πŸ˜… They taste good though and did the trick!

Yall - tonight my husband said β€œwow! Look at those traps! You are looking strong and beefy”

Loved todays chest session! Checked my ego at the door and focused on form with correct weight resistance - including a band for press to save my hand joints. Felt it and loved it! Thanks Jenny!

Making my way through Week 8 MVP. Back day was an amazing strength challenge! Played with Salty Golfers using a weight machine bc traveling and no bands at the hotel. Those mobility exercises at the end also were no joke! Jenny I’ve gotten to the place where I HAVE to move daily. 18 months ago if you’d told me I’d be fitting in workouts in hotel gyms while at a work conference I’d have laughed. But the me of today was itching to finish CE sessions so I could MOVE πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ€—

Headed to a hotel for a week. Got the essentials packed! Band, booty band, rope and shoes. I always workout barefoot so a week of Get Salty in shoes will be new 😜
