Just finished up what felt like the toughest workout I have done with this program. (Week 8 leg day) I was so proud of myself for keeping a pace and upping weight every AMRAP. I stayed consistent and pushed myself in all the right ways. This program really has tought me to be intentional with my movement. And the gains have been amazing πŸ’ͺ🏼 so grateful for my salt squad

Had a killer workout today and thought about all of the growth I have made over the last 7 weeks. So grateful I found this tribe of amazingly supportive woman πŸ™πŸ₯°πŸ§‚ so excited to finish the challenge this week and join the 1% club! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

I always feel like this during my cycle and during that week I enjoy more stretching, yoga and meditation. Just listen to your body πŸ₯°
