Roll Call - the AMRAP was my favorite part, the thrusters specifically. I’ve found that using my bar bell I’m able to go heavier than I thought I could ❤️ I hope everyone has a great day!!

Just did W2 back and biceps! I’m definitely going too feel that one. I love the bands because I can feel my back activating more. I also have dogs joining me in my training space so I love it when Sam and Delilah show up! I’m located in Castle Rock, Colorado ❤️.

Wow! That was a great session! Hit failure multiple times and probably won’t be able to walk in a couple days but loved it!! 🔥

It was but I loved the AMRAP to finish it off! My chest is still so sore from week 4 chest day too! 🔥

Great back and biceps workout today!! I know I’ll be feeling that tomorrow! Pic of my two youngest kiddos. Oldest refuses photographs anymore, which is sad because we take him to college on Monday 😭.
