It’s always so great, not great, when the littles want to join LOL Love that they want to join it but also fear for theirs and our safety And my workout room is always a mess and I can’t find what I’m looking for 🤣 and listening to my turn my turn look I can do it too ❤️

Jenny Fisher there was no jumping or push ups but I went up and down and rowed and raised my 10lb dumbbells each time

Ok, why didn’t anyone tell me salt shakers are burpees on crack 🤣 I am so gonna regret those tomorrow, even my modified ones However, I am proud of fact that I managed at least 3-5 each round 💪🏻

Just did mondays leg workout, oy, my legs are jello and having a workout room in basement and bedroom shower on top floor is not cool 🤣

My 5 year old decided to join me during my workout tonight and thought she’d capture some of it on my phone 🤣 This Wednesday replay was def my fave so far 💪🏻

Made it through my first GetSalty week! Did 4 of the workouts from Week 1 and I feel every single one of them right now. 🤣 On to week 2!
