Ok finished week 3 and feeling good - Any tips for working on grip strength or this will just come with time? Like, I feel like my hands give out on my heavy dumbbells faster than my back does

Excited to jump back into the Grind after being away. It’s hugely inspiring and encouraging to see so many busy and hardworking people commit and makes me feel like I can do it too.

Loved the first week of the Grind! Excited for week 2. But do you guys have a recommendation for what to do when travelling? I’m going abroad for business travel for 10days and not sure I’ll have access to a gym… don’t want to lose the momentum
