Ahh so good to be back! I can’t believe how out of shape I feel after just 2 weeks of inactivity/minimal activity. I am so stiff and my joints are screaming at me! My body is paying for the 2 weeks of limited activity and maximum sweets! Missed my Get Salty workouts! 💪🏋️‍♀️👊

Congrats Kelly!! 💖 I feel like I could have written this! I battled breast cancer back in 2019 and I have struggled until recently to get back into a fitness routine. That’s a LONG time! 5 years of off and on exercising, depression, lack of motivation, etc. It was hard for me to bounce back physically and emotionally. So you are doing amazing for getting right back at it! That’s the best thing you can do is jump right back in! Hopefully our paths will cross someday and we can chat more 💖🌸💕💗

Kathleen I couldn’t agree more with this! I struggled for 5 years to be consistent with exercise. I was always “athletic” and active but motherhood took a toll on me and I just didn’t have the drive that I used to. It took a long time but I am finally back and it feels great! I encourage anyone that is in a similar situation, just keep pushing because eventually you don’t have to push yourself as much. You will crave it and then the consistently becomes easier to maintain. Salt Squad changed my life ❤️
