It was almost 100 degrees in WI today. I am sure it’s just as humid in MI as it is in WI. I worked out in my garage gym 🥺. Probably not a smart move.☀️

Great workout with Jenny this morning! I hope you have a better day Jenny Fisher. I thought the workout was perfect even though you woke up feeling rushed and off. We all have those days, glad you are human like us and have those days too. Looking forward to tomorrows chest and core!
