This was awesome

Take 2 on the Full body workout today. Yesterday I was picking weeds In my landscaping and my lower back gave out. I tried to complete the full body workout after I rested a little while and I could not move. Today, I feel much better so I completed the workout.

I never hurt my back like that before. It was Unbelievably painful. I felt helpless yesterday. I am glad I listened to my body and rested. So grateful for movement today. 🫶

I enjoyed the short but hard cardio session.

Mini leg session was great. I especially liked the ball squats.

Great back workout. I liked using my bar. I never use it and now that I am working out with Jenny I am using it more and more. I guess I wasn’t comfortable with it.
