I have my GORUCk sac on!
I purchased this for my husband but it’s coming in handy for this leg day workout. I think it’s a 20 lb sac and I did 30s and 40s. I could barely move at the end of the workout. I loved this challenge. Thanks for calling my name out Jenny and thanks for making sure we were doing this for all the soldiers that Don’t have the privilege to move anymore.

The cardio was exactly what I needed. I took a quick break from work to get it in and now going back to my desk to finish my work day. Hopefully the weather holds up for a 3 mile walk after my work day. Thanks for quickly kicking my ASS Jenny!
