I love using Body ropes. I use these too. It’s definitely easier in tight spaces. I travel with them too.

I used my body ropes and high knees for cardio and I did the extra full burpee. It was hard but I pushed myself. I need to get better with pushups. My son tells me I need to go lower. I am still proud of my efforts!💪🏻🥵🥵🥵
