Waiting for Beach shred! Today I completed a 17 min body pump. I am in AZ this week traveling for work. So the body pump worked out great.i will also be doing a 15 min core workout.

I locked it in this morning and got salty (salty 7). I am one day behind and not joining the live sessions. I am learning how this all works. I like the jump rope cardio session, Jenny! ♥️
