Looking forward to MVP! I’m going to try a surplus and intentionally build muscle for my first time ever. I’ve spent so much of my adult life dieting that this has me really nervous! I’ve always had this mindset of “I’ll build once I get down to this certain weight..” but Jenny’s pep talk in the last week of beach shred convinced me to go for it. And I’m putting it out here for my own accountability!
