That was a great session, loved jumping over the bench! It was great to be able to get up at 5.30 and train with you live at the correct time! Never in my life have I worked out at 6.30am and certainly not in a hospital gym in front of a room full of people 🫣.

I’m back in Florida, I got up early and rushed to the off site gym only find it’s opens at 8am 😤🤣 had to settle for a power walk and work out later. Great to be back state side and to be able to do live workouts with you 🥳🥳🥳

Hi Tabitha, sounds like you are having a tough time, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Sending you my love and positive vibes 🥰 If it helps I can share that my last few months have been some of worst I’ve ever been through in terms of emotional stress, it’s taken a huge toll on my mind and my body physically too. I can honestly say that the only time I felt okay was when I was working out with Jenny and the salt squad, your mind will stop running because you are concentrating. Yes at times my mind wandered but I would pull it back to Jenny and focus harder. Did I cry while working out, yes, at times, just pause a minute, get it together and carry on! She was my constant and still is. Jenny gives me the strength in more than just my body and helped me to control my stress (even though I didn’t realise at the time). Even if you can just listen to a session it helps to hear her words of encouragement, I did that often when I wanted my mind to quiet down. Fit in what you can when you can, do half a session, stick some weights in your kitchen and listen to Jenny, stick them in your car, just modify but fit Jenny in. Love back at you 🫶🏼
