I have learned that Salt Mode is the right fit for me. I am pushing myself in ways I hadn’t thought of and surprising myself with what my body is capable of. I’ve also learned how important my workout time is to my mental health and well being. Baseball season was jam packed and I noticed a difference in my mood during the few days I missed. I’ll be counting down the days until July 21st. Thanks for a great 8 weeks.

I finished this last night and did sprints around my neighborhood for the first time. I was totally wiped but pushed myself and it felt amazing.
