I’m six months in and I look forward to working out with you every day. I have never felt more “seen” when working out with a trainer or completing a program and that says something. Thank you for being authentic and for choosing to share so much of yourself, and your knowledge. It has been the most inspired I’ve felt in a long time. 🥰

If I can’t get outside to walk is the elliptical a similar workout? I’m in MN and struggle when we drop into the teens and lower. 😜

Just finished session one and my legs are wobbling! I am so excited for the next 12 weeks! I will be getting my sessions done mostly in the evenings since I leave for work during the live sessions. I can’t wait to support each other in this program. Thanks Jenny!

My bench arrives on the 3rd and thanks to my hubby I have some new Bowflex weights to help me up my workouts! Let’s go!
