In that 4x4 you demoed that first exercise (plank jacks, pop up, twist…I think) and I announced, “I think the F not.” My husband asked what you were doing to us. 🤣. I did make it through. 😜

Leg days are my favorite! I can’t believe there’s only 3 weeks left.

What brand do you like?

Jenny do you have a recommended weight or brand? I’ve seen adjustable versions but don’t know what to choose.
