That was a salty one!!! I’ve realized it’s not the number on the scale or how things are “looking/leveling out” it’s about how I feel…. Strong, healthy and energized. Trusting the process, knowing it doesn’t happen overnight but that everyday you grow… so much has changed for me in the last year from ditching Peloton to SALT training!! 🫶ya girl!

80-85… wanted to push harder but tried to act like a kid at daughters cheer practice last night and blew out my arms trying to do handstands for a half hour 🤦🏻‍♀️

This shit was hard 🤬thanks for murdering us!

For me it’s been staying consistent on weekends. Not allowing any schedule or event be an excuse to not get movement in…. Also listening to what my body is telling me… resting when needed and recover so I continue to progress

Thought it was a combo of sweating but also about salt being an essential part of our health, so staying salty meant always working on the basics of your overall health and wellbeing 🤷🏻‍♀️. Need coffee because I’m not even making sense to myself
