I legit said “I hate you” in my head when you mentioned rocket push-ups on that last round 😂 and then you said “I know you’re cursing me right now” hahaha

Oh how I love/hate Bulgarian splits. Had 60#, I really liked adding the platform.

I had to throw in some extra single leg rdl’s at the end to get the hypertrophy I wanted. Another question of- can we add this lol. It’d be super helpful to have a brief description of the exercises we’ll be doing in the AMRAPs and the super sets in written form. Like a bulleted list. It’d be easier to get all of the equipment I want, and kind of see how heavy I’m wanting to go based on what’s going down in the session. Obvi this is something that benefits more seasoned lifters like myself. I wanna pace myself but also be super gassed by the end! Just something that would help me enjoy the app more and stick around for more workouts 🤓

Um I’m often working out at the gym, and I 💯 do these warm ups! It’s not like we’re doing Zumba lol, they’re all athletic movements. Also idga hoot about what anyone else at the gym is thinking lol
