Day 1 done! Realized how out of shape I am! ๐ Im good with the weights, but holy f the cardio. ๐ฅต I like the rule of two. Planning to get all the days in, but we will see how it pans out with my schedule this week. I start 8p-8a hurricane shift tonight. ๐ค๐ผ Thank you for the warm welcome! ๐ง
Hey guys! I am Leslie. Brand new here, but Ive gone through phases of consistent lifting (and exercise in general) over the past 20 yearsโฆwhich I guess makes me inconsistent overall. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ Nutrition is my biggest struggleโฆI know what to do but need to find my groove again. Im 45, divorced, cop/sro, live in Charleston, SCโฆ and very ready to get back to my normal schedule and consistent routine (usually 5:30am workouts and 9pm bedtime)!! ๐ค๐ผ Hoping this tropical storm does not mess up my first week of MVP (Iโm currently on standby for 12 hour nightshift ๐), but I plan to get it done even if I end up off-schedule from the rest of you MVPers.
