MVP chest day was ๐Ÿ”ฅ. This week has been crazy with little sleep bc of hurricane nightshifts, but that will be ending soon. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Goal is to stay on track, and so far Im loving week 1. Pic of me with Jim Cantore. ๐Ÿ˜†

Day 1 done! Realized how out of shape I am! ๐Ÿ˜… Im good with the weights, but holy f the cardio. ๐Ÿฅต I like the rule of two. Planning to get all the days in, but we will see how it pans out with my schedule this week. I start 8p-8a hurricane shift tonight. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ Thank you for the warm welcome! ๐Ÿง‚

Hey guys! I am Leslie. Brand new here, but Ive gone through phases of consistent lifting (and exercise in general) over the past 20 yearsโ€ฆwhich I guess makes me inconsistent overall. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜… Nutrition is my biggest struggleโ€ฆI know what to do but need to find my groove again. Im 45, divorced, cop/sro, live in Charleston, SCโ€ฆ and very ready to get back to my normal schedule and consistent routine (usually 5:30am workouts and 9pm bedtime)!! ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ Hoping this tropical storm does not mess up my first week of MVP (Iโ€™m currently on standby for 12 hour nightshift ๐Ÿ™„), but I plan to get it done even if I end up off-schedule from the rest of you MVPers. Letโ€™s do this!! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
