Jenny Fisher im around 115 and still able to lose (and not lose strength in lifts) eating around 1600/day. (I can maintain at around 1850.) 👏🏼 I know that will get tougher with age. Getting 100g protein but working on raising that a little. Skinny is not my goal. 💪🏼💪🏼
