Jenny Fisher im around 115 and still able to lose (and not lose strength in lifts) eating around 1600/day. (I can maintain at around 1850.) 👏🏼 I know that will get tougher with age. Getting 100g protein but working on raising that a little. Skinny is not my goal. 💪🏼💪🏼

Solid way to start a chilly Friday! 👊🏼 would leaning on bench for rows give same benefit as these bent over rows with hand on knee/leg in lunge position?

This was gold!! Thank you for this info and for taking the time to share it. I feel like I get poverty calories even in a slight deficit (thanks to being fun size), but I feel full now that Ive upped protein a lot. Im going to also focus on tracking (and probably upping) fiber now. Thanks again! 👊🏼

I sensed something sinister was coming when we were wrapping up, and there were 5 solid mins left in the session. Death by burpees!! 😅🥵 Props for doing this one twice in a row!!

Way behind the curve bc of sickness (x2 in a month 🙄) and being out of town, but I finished this program this morning. So excited to start the grind tomorrow! 👏🏼
