Between the Romanian dead lifts and Bulgarian squats I’ve feel like we’ve traveling across the pond and back before breakfast!!! Great lower body workout. I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow!

Dearly beloved. We are gathered here to today to commemorate the beautiful life that was my quads 💀💀💀. We can continue on in our life knowing they are finally at peace (in an epsom salt bath). 😂😂😂
