Sharing this for anyone who may be interested…my kids got me these for Xmas. Super cool invention. I pop these babies on my weights and I can easily get an increase without having to purchase a whole new dumbbell set. I think they’re from Amazon.

In Las Vegas for kids sports & the dang hotel gym closed at 6pm. Soooooo….I did a 20-minute cardio video twice in this lil space right here. I didn’t pack workout clothes for nothing. 😅
