Sumo deadlifts were hard today. I couldn’t do my normal weight and had to cut it in half to not feel my low back tighten up and to feel it in my butt.

That power flow was wonderful 😊
My friend group plans birthday dinners or day trips every year so we know we see each other at least four times. We also plan one girls trip every other year. Those little and big events help fill me up.
