I had a self care weekend…. Therapeutic massage, manicure and went to see my parents! I worked out as well to keep my streak going. ❤️💪🏼❤️

Great workout! I’m so sore! 🫠 obviously I am doing the work. My abs are on fire today!

Annie where do you live? It’s cold here…. I have snow melting and the high yesterday was 39! it’s almost spring and warmer weather. I am in NE Ohio by Lake Erie.

Annie thank you for this! I find myself ‘snacking’ every few hours. I heard this a few years ago…. To keep your glucose levels from spiking you should eat small portions every few hours. That habit is hard to break. To mentally think you need food every few hours is ridiculous. Especially when you are eating lots of fiber and protein. One day at a time…. Thank you ladies I am going to aim for four days this week. Third day always gets me and I am not sure why!

I relate….. I went to the bathroom and couldn’t sit without pain. 😂 Jenny got us again ❤️❤️❤️

I feel stronger and I am using heavier weights. I got that down: I struggle with the nutrition. I’m so good for about three days and then I go off course like a drunken sailor at sea. I have adjusted my goals along the way and just need to follow them. It’s not hard I just make it hard! 😢

Least favorite - SL thrusts or Bulgarian pulses - it was a tie!

Favorite - focusing on your dog during the workout made it much better. 🐾🐶❤️
