Well I wasn’t adding the ‘spritz’ of oil in the pan and I also see that my supplements and spices have calories too. I didn’t ask about those (creatine, collagen, turmeric, cilantro, basil, garlic, etc.) but I’m sure I need to track because they are going in as calories and could add up quickly. Ummm yeah I was missing a few things. Thank you always for the help and guidance!

I need heavier weights - these things feel like helium balloons! 🎈

Up in all fit tests EXCEPT for the push press. I’m not sure if I was slacking or if I was doing them wrong the first go around? Or wrote down the wrong weight - Until next time.

Non scale victory - my ‘medium’

booty band seems much easier to use!

Trace Kennedy yes they are! Not sure what I do would without mine. Although they are ‘very very low energy Jenny dogs’.
