What a great session Jenny! I was a but apprehensive when I heard squats with the ball, hamstring curls AND split squats. But I survived. My eyes were opened when I did a calorie deficit two years ago to lose some postpartum weight. I was surprised how I was overconsuming. Now I am focusing on protein and fiber. And getting strong and lifting heavy. And getting salty! 😂
