Jenny Fisher after seeing your massive shoe collection I need some recommendations! I have been doing HIIT in my running shoes recently because my older cross trainers fell apart and it sucks. They stopped making my old shoes and now I don't know what to buy! What would you recommend as a good cross trainer? Something I can use for HIIT, but also lift days when I don't want to do it barefoot. Everyone else feel free to chime in, too! Thank you!
Hello salty sisters. I have been really quiet lately. Off my game of working out daily which I miss. Life is so hard right now. Which I do know that working out helps. I’m just physically mentally and emotionally exhausted. As some of you know my MIL lives with us she is now back up to 24 hour care she was at 8 hour care. My husband and I are her care takers even though we don’t have to do a lot for her I am told we are under chronic stress and my mind is always running never stops thinking about my family then also taking care of her. We are also starting the process of redoing our existing home or move or build. Our house isn’t big enough for all of us nor sage for MIL conditions. I keep coming in and out of a funk that I don’t know how to stop. Prayers for me and my family. Encouragement would be great. And if anyone has been in something similar or a funk what did you do?! Thanks love you all’
I’ve been MIA since last Thursday because family came in for the weekend. Lots of walking and a great hike, but it put me behind a few sessions. Started back up today with the back session and will do this weeks leg session tomorrow. So glad I did the back session! LOVED it, and those farmer and overhead carry’s were no joke! I failed with about 15 seconds left on both. I’ve been a bit pissy all day and just now realized after this workout how badly I needed to throw some weight around. I may actually smile at my husband now 😂😂😂 Poor guy has gotten the brunt of my sour mood!

What do you all do for good snacks on the go? I’ve always eaten really healthy, but am finding 38 is different than 30 😂. I travel about 40% and, when I’m home, we’re busy with kids sports and all the normal things. I’d love some ideas!
Finally a handstand! Tracking my weight size on my calendar. Definite improvement from MVP. Of course I loved a Sammie and Delilah visit and Jenny dancing. 💃🏻
