Jenny, you mention eating 20/30 grams of protein right after our sessions. What if I am not hungry right after? I usually workout first thing in the morning and then 2 hours later eat 30 grams of protein. Do you think it’s more important to just consume the protein first thing? Thank you for any advice!
Completed the final session of MVP today 💪🏼 yes, it took me 13 weeks to finish an 8 week program. During week 2 of MVP I was on vacation in Florida when I was laid off from my corporate job. All of the sudden my routine was gone, my stability was gone, and I felt lost. There were many days where I struggled and felt frozen, not knowing what my next move would be. But I told myself no matter how slow I went, I would finish the MVP program. And finally, things feel like they’re getting back to normal (or at least, a new normal). I know things are hard for a lot of us right now, so focus on giving grace where it’s needed. Now it’s time to jump into Beast Mode!!! 🩵
I am a week behind and traveling to do college tours with my son this weekend so I doubled just in case today and did week 3 mini strength and Fridays HIIT. Definitely a crusher!!! Being that it is 80 degrees in November in the Queen City, this set was SUPER SALTY! Warm weather gal so I don’t want it to get cold but for two weeks around Christmas and New Years and that’s enough for me!
