Jenny is wise when she says to add walking to your everyday routine. I was in Japan for ten days, and walking was all I did, averaging about 8 miles daily. That's their lifestyle, which I loved. Unfortunately, our way of depending on a car in some USA cities to get anywhere makes us not walk and become sedentary. This reminded me to be more intentional and do more walking when I got backed, and all of Jenny’s IG walking snips of Sammy. It truly does add up! 😊🚶🏻♀️
Did week seven MVP legs and booty today. First salt session I’ve done since the MVP ended. For the first two weeks after due to time and commitments, I just got as much walking in as possible. First week was intentional but the second week, I was just more unmotivated and apathetic. Yesterday I made myself get out on my porch and do a tris, biceps and shoulder workout. Told myself I’d stay out for thirty minutes and no more. Stuck to it and remarkably, I found my motivation somewhere in that session. Feels good to be back. My body missed the mobility and my mind was desperate for the strength training. What a session to walk back into! Legs are absolute fire! If you’re feeling unmotivated, just commit to thirty minutes, set your timer and just step on the mat. I promise you’ll find it there! 💖

Not sure I’m gonna feel my legs tomorrow. Typical after Jenny’s keg sessions. I love this one was so much fun! Sad to end this one but excited to see what the rookie challenge has in store for us all!

Really didn't feel like training today because this guy kept me all night because he was having some bad anxiety all night🥺 At least one of us gets to rest lol.
