Had to pivot this week due to extreme work schedule and bladder infection/UTI. Stepping away from MVP and focusing on total body sessions today and Friday, and will pick up a bonus session from the weekend on Sunday.
Did L&ab session 2 today and loved it maybe even more than the first time. My body was literally craving movement and I am so glad I took 45 minutes midday to honor it and give it what it needed. I’ll be back in MVP next week!
Back and biceps followed by the yoga/core workout- what an awesome combo. for me today! Didn't realize how much I need to have yoga in my program! Felt great! Happy Thursday! 💪🏻🧘🏼♀️
Since I'm new, just curious as to what y'all do after the 8 week MVP program? I know she mentioned a beginner program with a nutrition component in late October, but just curious as to what's next...or if y'all just choose any program you want to do. Thanks! ☺️
I’m Push Poo’ng 😂😂 my way thru MVP! Just finished week 6 Friday session. Am still sore in the chesticles in the best way from 2 days ago. Hope everyone else is feeling great and meeting their goals!
I'm almost done with week 2 of the beginner series. Loving it! You cant beat these good burns in these short amounts of time! Get Salty is exactly what I needed!
My a$$ my legs and my abs are so sore from week 5 leg day and I am all here for it! Feeling cleaning the house putting up fall decor my upper body will be sore tomorrow!
