Holy moly! I’m doing the strength track and really concentrated on my form and crushing the can between my shoulder blades and man am I feeling it! Any time we really work shoulders I am poppin’ and clickin’ all over the place!

Week 5 for me again this week.☝️ Missing Tue/Th and half ass’ing Friday ain’t gonna work. And bonus, it extends MVP, right?! I’m always like, well what do I now? at the end. 🤷‍♀️

Just finished week 4 Wednesday session! Man that was a burner 🔥

Finally catching air with my handstands! Started the journey in April and it feels awesome to see how quickly I’ve progressed from the level 1 down dog kicks to inverting with a lil hang time! Used my daughters tumbling mat so I’d feel safe in case I fell. As a former pole dancer (for sport and fun and body positivity) I love being able to invert again! 💃

Today I woke up after not having slept well and was not feeling motivated to train. Nevertheless I got in my car and went to my Rockbox class because I knew I would feel better once I started...and it was amazing! I left so salty and feeling so great!For those that are not at the point to know that once you get past those first few minutes it will feel good, hang in there. You can even promise yourself that if you still aren't feeling it after 10 minutes you can stop, and I bet you won't actually. I hope that everyone gets to the point of knowing how amazing you will feel after if you aren't there yet. Happy weekend salt squad!

Thursdays sessions always remind of the choose your fate in the Goosebump series haha I chose strength and those 20 minutes were a good dose of what I needed to finish my day

It just hit me that I don’t have to wake up at 6:30am and my west coasters may actually be able to participate live at 9:30am
