Newbie here! I just did my first salty workout; Tuesday’s 20 min cardio on low impact/modified (healing from knee injury - totally accident prone these last few years as I’ve tried to get more active and healthy; lots of starts and stops and ups and downs) and I’m def salty 🤣 Looking forward to seeing what progress I can achieve here And I know working on my nutrition is definitely a goal, trying to figure out all the calculations got me confused LOL
Last week, I was able to race my 6 yo up a tunnel slide...and I beat her! No mercy!! Haha functional fitness at its finest. I'm all in here to be all in with my girls. In other news, my arms are DONE after that arm and chest sesh
I always know when an upper body session gets my muscles so spent that I can only do pushups on my knees, and with breaks in between every two, that session is one helluva session! Salty and spent in all the best ways. Foot is feeling good enough to put a shoe on and walk, but jumping will have to come in a few days. That said, I stuck to the strength and hit some serious burnout on everything! Looking forward to mobility tomorrow and the Friday total body on Saturday.
My 6 year old just said to me we need to park far away in the parking lot to build our leg muscles! So happy he picks up these good habits. I told him we would try a get salty leg session.
My chesticles, shoulders and shaky triceps thank you!!
All 10 spots are taken.
I cannot close my dressers that hold my fitness clothing!!!! I just pared down and I have well over 50 items that I need to give away. Maximum 10 people, the first to message me on Instagram @jennyfisherfitness and just pay shipping will get a minimum of 5 items (almost all size SMALL, born primitive, viouri, athleta, Alo yoga). It will be random items (and outfit sets), but you can guide me on preference (brights, darks, solid, patterns, shorts, pants, etc).
THE FIRST 10 TO DM and Venmo shipping. ❤️
That was a great start! I’ll be doing the cardio options. After 2 years of (failed) IVF I’ve gained so much weight from stress and meds. Getting back to me 💗
Did the 20 minute strength today and my tot joined me :) I caught this look mid lift when I looked back at my little video and for me, it's enough to keep me going. Here's to strong mamas!
The beginning of the week are going to kill me lol.
