I needed a quick 30ish full body training session and I found a perfect one! I added my 10lbs weight vest to the entire training for an extra burn! ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Loved the full body session from this weeks suggested workouts! Total body will be my focus this week and will round it out with mini sessions on T/Th and a yoga or cardio hip hop on Saturday. Keeping it simple and fun this week in preparation for the challenge next week!

Does anyone drink their greens? If so, which one do you like? Iโm interested in trying them (I keep seeing AG1 and Bloom) but Iโm not looking to waste money on something that is disgusting and/or not worth it. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
I took about a month off, talked myself into getting back at it. Did the EMOM for this week and it was awesome!! What I needed to bring me back to the grind! Thanks Jenny!
Just finished up what felt like the toughest workout I have done with this program. (Week 8 leg day) I was so proud of myself for keeping a pace and upping weight every AMRAP. I stayed consistent and pushed myself in all the right ways. This program really has tought me to be intentional with my movement. And the gains have been amazing ๐ช๐ผ so grateful for my salt squad
I've been really sore lately so I went to my Chiropractor and after she tortured me while rolling out my legs and told me to drink electrolytes I am feeling a lot better soreness wise and energy wise. And even though I'm still feeling it I got in a nice cardio and abs workout in and it felt so good. Sometimes I get real down on myself. But I really am grateful to have a body that allows me to do workouts and move. I just need to remind myself that more. Hope everyone is having an awesome week so far
Loved, loved, loved this workout! 39 minutes, but action packed. Hit a personal best on weight with the snatches for two rounds - felt like a beast! The cardio portion made me consider getting a bladder lift consultation! WOW! It moved FAST! And the yogaishโฆ exactly what I needed after two weeks of taping a new Bible study. More sitting than I am used to and my hip flexors were TIGHT! I will definitely visit this over and over - got me excited for our two week challenge coming up! If youโre looking for a hard, fast, and covers it all session, this one is for you!
Four week emom cardio session from the beach shred didnโt disappoint the first time or this second time crushing it! Froggers still suck but I was able to get through forty all three rounds without stopping. Last one I went to the beeper. Didnโt get 60 but I got more than 40! Love these mini sessions!
