I am so glad for the upgrade on the app to include the calendar. I love this week’s recommendations and has eliminated my “decision fatigue” I end up having when I have to pick what to work on next! Today, I ended up doing the recommended training and I added 2 core sessions at the end. 🙌🏼
I knew with Captain Tabitha in the title meant a deliciously sweaty session. I can’t hardly type because of the sweat in my eyes! Great way to end Monday’s busy workday! Not sure if this was the right workout to do when it’s 99 degrees outside but definitely made it extra challenging and salty. I really looked pretty cute before I started 😂😂
Finally! Got the Tabula workout scheduled for this week in. It's almost an hour and I was kind of dreading it, so I kept pushing itnoff this week. I was going to be damned though if I didn't do it today. Chugged a pre workout, muted myself on my company meeting (and turned off video 🤣) and knocked that shit out. Feeling better now. Whew!
Hard week, one organized workout on Monday until I read Allie’s post about Tabula Rising session. She inspired me to just come on out to my already salty porch (97 in Dallas) and get my salt shaker going. I had forgotten how much I loved this workout. Just so much goodness, and Jenny your message today and your words of support and encouragement were interestingly, words I needed to hear this week! Great start to the weekend! Stay salty everyone! Hi!! I have a question, what happens if I'm not sore after a workout that I feel like I should be?? Lol! Here's my brain process....I'm not sore, so I'm not building muscle...😅 So I wanted to see if I'm making stuff up, or if I need to go heavier with weights?
Finished week 7 today! Wow this week was brutal in a great way. I am sore and it was great week to start 1st phorm. Can definitely see the post workout shakes helping with soreness/recovery! Your doing a great job session was much needed today! Loved that session.
Loved this session - Drenched from head to toe! When I jump in my pool, I’m going to turn it into a saltwater pool!😅 Used my band the whole time - improvement from the first time I did this workout, and also bumped up my weight and did all the modify up challenges. When Jenny said, “Just one more thing…” I begged the screen to not be salt makers, but before she could say we were doing them, I had already begun preparing mentally to do them. All I need is some Jimmy Buffet, a lime wedge, and some tequila… a lick off my arm and I’ve got a shot! 🧂💚
Finally got in that full body session and it was a good one. Probably didn't go as hard as usual but I'm about to start my period and my energy is low.
