Yโall these past several weeks of Beach Shred have been life changing. I love how strong and toned my arms feel and how confident I feel at the beach. Iโm pretty proud of myself this week too for completing SIX workouts so far! Already looking forward to number seven tomorrow ๐ช๐ป
Iโve always struggled with eating a breakfast that will sustain me until lunch. For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If I donโt eat something balanced, my blood sugar spikes and drops causing me to be ravenous for the rest of the day ๐ฉ I wanted to share what had been working for me.

Should've known salt makers made it into this one... almost talk myself out of doing this workout today after dealing w some very special clients lol but so glad I did. Finished strong w my fave workout partner literally underneath me at times.

I really loved BTS and thought I'd have to turn to that one to get my strength fix, but I've really love beach Shred. And now I don't want it to end haha today I used my 50 pound sand bag for my snatches and found myself doing the salt makers at an insane pace. So proud of myself! And then my workout partner literally crawled over my face during cool down stretches.
