Does anyone else use the instagram workouts for cardio? I’ve been mashing up 2 or 3 and doing 30 minutes of cardio with them on Saturday mornings. Just wondering if I’m the only one that leans on these. I’ve found them to be ultra challenging and a fun change of pace!

Forgot to post yesterday in my Gold Cup madness … but ordered some booty bands and phew do they change things up. I have a feeling I’ll be wearing this light one (my set came with three different’weights’) for a long time, but that’s ok.

Toddy was an active recovery for me. I went for a 2 mile walk with the family and choose 2 mobility & flexibility workouts. Feeling good 😎 I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
