Still feeling those DOMs today. I could t sit in class lol I hate to get up and go stretch my legs. They are SORE! Completed the Craig workout today. Probably should of grabbed a smaller dumbbell than I did oops 😬 😂 epsom bath followed by massage gun holes that helps my poor legs!

So I have been seeing a chiropractor since January for severe lower back pain (guess it happens from 20 years of walking gimpy 🤪). The last few weeks I have had increased discomfort in my low back again going down into my hamstrings, Chiro said it is b/c as we get things moving again it stretches tendons/ligaments. So, Friday after seeing him I went to yoga, not sure what I did but at the end of class could barely get off my mat ☹️. So I rested this weekend, used ice and my Thera gun, and liberally applied my deep blue stick (best stuff ever). This morning I still have a bit of tenderness but did manage Fridays session and in listening to Jenny during and seeing all your posts, I’m now questioning whether it is my back only or a combo of that crazy leg day last week, too 🙃 Chiro again today, will get his thoughts … btw, the Friday mobility portion really helped loosen up my thighs / back!
Sitting in training today my biscuits are SORE! anyone else have it when doing fire hydrants that the first side you work on you can feel it. Then when I got to the other leg I can feel it but the first leg/biscuits I feel like I continue to work that more? Loved this session loved the mobility in the middle!
Amazing work!!! Remember, it’s a process. The more you enjoy the process, the more rewarding and sustainable the results will be!
Rest day for me today while I hung out with my sick little boy. Really didn't move much at all but it was worth the snuggles. Excited to get back to it tomorrow. Have a awesome week everybody ❤️

Looking forward to the Tabata workout tomorrow. That is still a favorite from Week 3 workout months and months ago! I go back to it when traveling and dont have equip. Or just need a calorie burner or to sweat out some impurities. ❤️❤️❤️
Did a no equipment session from athlete maker this morning in my hotel room. Satan rounds killed me but got thru it! 🧂 💪 ❤️
I have been away for a couple of weeks because work has me mentally drain, doing a session here and there. Today I decided to just hit play on this weeks Monday session and Trace and Jenny just send me some good energy. I also miss the salty squad. Things have settle down at work a bit, so I am hoping my schedule gets back to normal.
