I am a week behind and traveling to do college tours with my son this weekend so I doubled just in case today and did week 3 mini strength and Fridays HIIT. Definitely a crusher!!! Being that it is 80 degrees in November in the Queen City, this set was SUPER SALTY! Warm weather gal so I don’t want it to get cold but for two weeks around Christmas and New Years and that’s enough for me!

Trace Kennedy Trace Kennedy thank you so much! We had a lot of loss in a short amount of time in our family. We are just Working on Emotional healing. The workouts help! I feel more grounded after sweating and throwing up some heavy weights!

Hi All! I am a week behind but I am still here and havent given up! Very trying and painful September and October for our family and I started to get derailed. I had to take a time out. I have made myself get back to it even on days I just wasnt sure I had it in me. I always feel 100% better after every session. I am holding on to that! I know I stay pretty quiet but please know I am Grateful for this community!!!

Happy Birthday Jenny! I did the back workout yesterday morning since I was a day behind. Then my plans changed last night and I ended up home by myself. I decided to also show up for your Birthday workout since you always show up for us!!! Loved it! Got super Salty! Thank you for gifting us! Hope you had a wonderful birthday weekend!

Just finished Back Day! Came in from the garage a sweaty Salty mess. I jokingly said to my husband “Jenny wants us to have protein after our workouts. What are the odds there is protein in a Margarita?” He absently mindedly responded “ just put some protein powder in it.” He’s Not the best influence!!!
