Full body HIIT!
I was feeling under the weather so fell behind in some of my workouts. I am catching up slowly. Tomorrow I will start week 5. I loved moving my body again. Just feels good to sweat out all the toxins and push myself to become a better athlete and stay metobolicly positive ♥️🫶💪🏻

Just finished this weeks leg day. While I was taking a salty 🧂 selfie, my husband walks out to model his new outfit for a casual event we are going to this weekend. 😂

Hey guys! I am Leslie. Brand new here, but Ive gone through phases of consistent lifting (and exercise in general) over the past 20 years…which I guess makes me inconsistent overall. 🤷🏼‍♀️😅 Nutrition is my biggest struggle…I know what to do but need to find my groove again. Im 45, divorced, cop/sro, live in Charleston, SC… and very ready to get back to my normal schedule and consistent routine (usually 5:30am workouts and 9pm bedtime)!! 🤞🏼 Hoping this tropical storm does not mess up my first week of MVP (I’m currently on standby for 12 hour nightshift 🙄), but I plan to get it done even if I end up off-schedule from the rest of you MVPers. Let’s do this!! 👊🏼👏🏼
